Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce-focused services and technology firm Evenica has announced an agreement to acquire payments processing software provider Crimson Transaction Technologies.

Based on a signed Memorandum of Understanding, the deal is expected to finalize in 2026 Q3, according to the company.

Crimson’s flagship solution, a payment switch, will add to Evenica’s solution portfolio, including their payment connector e4Payment. Crimson offers a PCI-PABP, PCI-SSC compliant payment processing application designed to work with any POS system and major payment processors, including Fiserv, Chase, Moneris, Global Payments, and others, they stated.

Together, the technology will help further simplify payment gateway integrations, according to Evenica. The full range of solutions will provide streamlined connectivity between D365 Commerce (Store Commerce App and Online Store) and many global payment processors.

Evenica and Crimson have collaborated closely for several years on building solutions that tie Dynamics 365 Commerce with payment solutions.
