Rand Group acquires WebSan Solutions, adding Microsoft Biz Apps SMB expertise

Microsoft Dynamics partner WebSan Solutions has been acquired by Rand Group. WebSan managing director Andrew King will become Rand’s Chief Innovation Officer, he announced. 

In an announcement, WebSan noted that the deal will open up new opportunities:

Rand Group provides technology services across multiple platforms, with specialization in ERP, CRM, BI, and process automation for mid-market companies. With WebSan, they gain more SMB-focused expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform. 

Rand was founded in 2003 with a focus on Microsoft business applications and over the years has added practices for Oracle NetSuite and Sage.
