Talan acquires Thinkmax Consulting Inc. to expand its North American presence and strengthen its position as a Microsoft integrator

Consulting company Talan has acquired Thinkmax Consulting Inc. a Microsoft Dynamics implementation partner specializing in in finance, supply chain, customer engagement, and eCommerce solutions.

Thinkmax will join with Talan Americas and operate under the Talan brand. This move combines their strengths, helping them provide better customer service, grow faster, and explore new opportunities for expansion, according to the companies.

Bringing these companies together will enhance Talan's consulting, data, and AI services, create new ways to earn revenue, boost innovation, and unlock new opportunities, the companies said.
