Ciellos launches Microsoft Partner Accelerator Program

Services firm Ciellos has introduced a new program for Microsoft system integrators and ISVs in the Dynamics 365 space that provides services and tools for managing a partner’s relationship with Microsoft. The program combines advisory services, management of Microsoft programs and tools, activation of benefits and incentives, and a range of other services.

Partners who use the Ciellos program get help managing Microsoft Partner Center, navigating the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program and ISV Success Program, optimization of AppSource and Co-sell, and help with activation of benefits and incentives, according to the company.

Cielos positions the offering as an efficient way to offload a set of responsibilities that is not strategic for most Microsoft partner firms, but frequently requires one or more full time employees to manage internally.

“We developed the Microsoft Partner Accelerator Program (MPAP) so that Dynamics partners can focus on their core business while knowing their Microsoft Partner relationship is in good hands. Expanding our mission to serve partners around ‘Everything Dynamics’” said Karina Nielsen, CEO at Ciellos, in a statement.

Ciellos supported over 230 projects for Dynamics ISVs and VARs in 2022, they report, with managed services and solution development.

In conjunction with the program launch, the company has appointed Microsoft and channel veteran Joe Corigliano as EVP.
