Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) Consulting Manager

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consulting Manager will provide leadership to ensure delivery excellence and desired sales outcomes. This is a high-energy hands-on role with a focus on providing the ideal employee and customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of consultants
- As needed provide quality control and/or lead the delivery of larger projects
- Build long term client relationships that result in expanding Velosio services and solutions
- Provide sales support in leading client discussions and the creation of demos, estimates, proposals, and SOWs
- Engage in networking events and activities promoting CRM, Velosio, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Be aligned to Velosio’s core values, tools, and processes
- Continuously educate yourself and your team on the latest technologies and Microsoft releases
- Ensure you and your team successfully achieve monthly services forecasts, complete key initiatives, and obtain required certifications
- Foster a team environment
- Lead activities like lunch-n-learns, social postings/videos, and talk tracks at conferences
- Be an advocate for your team
Required
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM subject matter expert
- Experience implementing large and complex projects with the latest technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
- Proficient in Project Management methodologies
- Excellent presentation and written/oral communication
- Experience communicating with C-level management and public groups
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
- Possess business consulting, project definition, estimating, sales, and strategic and tactical planning skills for engagements
- Able to travel as needed, up to 30%
