Valsoft acquires industry-focused Microsoft Dynamics ISV MWM Group

Valsoft Corporation Inc. a Montreal-based company that specializes in acquiring and developing vertical market software companies, has acquired Sweden-based MWM Group, an IT services firm with Microsoft Dynamics 365  solutions in  the print, publishing, and media industries. Founded in 1998, MWM Group is the third printing company that Valsoft has acquired in the last three months.

MWM supplies business and enterprise systems and consulting services based on Dynamics 365 as well as with in-house solutions, according to the companies. The company has had a range of offerings over the years, including tools for production planning and inventory management.
