On Stefano Demiliani's blog, Demiliani noted that when partners work with their Dynamics 365 Business Central online customers, one of the first things they should do is set up their employees on Partner Center and then assign them the permissions they need to support their online customers.
For this task, they need to have the assists your customers as role set as Admin Agent or Helpdesk Agent.
