Infosys collaborates with Archrock for digital technology integration
Infosys, a provider of digital services and consulting, is teaming up with Archrock Inc., a provider of natural gas compression services in the U.S., to integrate digital technologies and mobile tools for its field service technicians.
Under the deal, Infosys will use its pre-configured accelerator for Dynamics 365 Field Service Application to enhance Archrock’s field services and operations, according to the companies. Infosys will implement the field services platform integrated with back-end ERP systems.

iCIMS enhances Talent Cloud integration with Dynamics 365
iCIMS is enhancing the integration between the iCIMS Talent Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve hiring.
iCIMS for Dynamics 365 Human Resources reduces common hiring challenges, according to the companies.

Avtex Hires Brian Lannan as Vice President of Retail Experience
Avtex, a TTEC Digital company, has hired Brian Lannanas as vice president of retail experience. In his most recent role, Brian led the Guest Experience team at Target, where he was responsible for experience strategy and insights, guest-centric culture development, voice of guest, and brand and reputation insights.
