LS Retail acquired by Aptos

Retail industry software vendor Aptos has acquired LS Retail, an ISV with a three-decade history in the Microsoft channel that focuses on retail and related industries.

The deal will close in February, according to the companies, and LS Retail will operate as a stand-alone business unit within Aptos.
