Rockwell Automation and Microsoft join forces for new edge-to-cloud offering

Rockwell Automation and Microsoft announced a five year agreement to develop edge-to-cloud solutions intended to span operations and maintenance teams. To date, the companies have co-developed 20 use cases encompassing household, food and beverage, personal care and life science scenarios. Customers will be able to access Rockwell solutions through Azure Marketplace, with more options set for unveiling in early 2021.
