Wipfli acquires Microsoft Dynamics partner Tidestone Solutions

Accounting and consulting firm Wipfli, has acquired Portland, Maine-based Microsoft Dynamics partner firm Tidestone Solutions.

Tidestone focuses on Microsoft Dynamics solutions and operates primarily in New England and their offerings included a Dynamics GP cloud service based in Microsoft Azure. The firm was founded in 1995. Sandra Wyman, president and owner of Tidestone Solutions, has joined Wipfli as a director.

Following the acquisition, Wipfli has more than 2,600 associates and 50 offices.
