Inogic expands its portfolio by acquiring recurring billing, tax processing & software subscription apps from Rockton Software

Inogic, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ISV with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Power Apps has acquired the recurring billing, tax processing, and software management solutions for Dynamics CRM from Rockton Software.

The move enables Inogic to expand its portfolio of apps that includes 11 existing productivity apps, such as Click2Clone, Click2Export, and its flagship product, Maplytics, according to a statement.

As part of the acquisition, Inogic receives the intellectual property as will serve the existing customer base for the three app.
