Emailing CRM reports on a specified schedule
Commonly, customers want to email CRM reports on a specific schedule, such as leads created or neglected cases. In the on-premises days, the email delivery function in SQL Server Reporting Services effectively enabled this.
Flow can be used to replace these duties, as Sahan Wijayasekera explains in a video. Sahan demonstrates the example of sending out a report on all open opportunities not updated in the past 30 days.
