DXC Technology acquires Sable37 and eBECS, expanding Microsoft practice footprint

DXC TechnologyGlobal IT services company DXC Technology has acquired Microsoft Dynamics partners Sable37 and eBECS to enhance its position as a global independent systems integrator (SI) for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Sable37 and eBECS will be combined with DXC's Eclipse practice to enable DXC to expand its Dynamics 365 cloud capabilities across the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, the U.S., and Canada, according to company officials.

DXC Technology, based in Tysons Corner, Va., was formed last April by the combination of CSC and the enterprise services business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

"The acquisitions of eBECS and Sable37 will enhance our ability to address client needs and add significant value to DXC's Eclipse global business," stated Troy Richardson, senior vice president and general manager, enterprise and cloud applications, DXC Technology.

The new teams will expand and enhance DXC Technology's cloud-first business with software, services, systems integration, and cloud offerings, particularly in financial services, retail, manufacturing and, public sector verticals, according to Richardson.

"By combining two complementary businesses we are uniquely positioned to offer unparalleled service, innovation and opportunity for customers, partners and employees," stated Martin Wildsmith, managing director, Sable37.

Kevin Hall, chief executive officer, eBECS, stated that being part of DXC means "having the strength and certainty of a long-term business partner with the global infrastructure, high-caliber resources and experience to allow us to truly lead our customers on their digital transformation journeys."
