Logo No Longer Appears or Missing Data on Word Template in Microsoft Dynamics GP
On the Dynamics GP Support and Services Blog, Isaac Olsen wrote that currently there's an issue on a certain version of Microsoft Word, where vertically merged cells on tables don't display contents.
Although it's not a bug with Dynamics GP, it can affect templates with vertically merged cells, which are typically seen in the header with the logo. Olsen wrote that if you're suddenly missing your logo or information on your template that used to be there, you're probably running into this scenario:
One way to verify if you are running into this issue is by opening the template on a different machine or server that has a different version of Word to see if your logo still appears there.
