Microsoft partner Arbela completes acquisition of Integral USA, bolstering Dynamics 365 & AX service, support

Arbela Technologies Corp., a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Gold Partner, has announced that it has completed the integration of Integral USA LLC.

Arbela has acquired substantially all the assets of Integral, including its customers, employees and infrastructure. This transaction boosts Arbela's presence in central US, with an office in Dallas, adding to the company's presence in the rest of the US and Europe.

Arbela is a consulting services firm with a long history in the Dynamics AX space (and now Dynamics 365). Arbela's consultants offer strategic and IT consulting and pre-built software solutions in industries like manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, building materials, life sciences, high tech, and retail.

One of Integral's strengths as a standalone company was in offering support and staffing projects in a less conventional way than a regular partner - without a sales cycle. Integral's AX OnDemand offering promised to deliver the most streamlined services delivery possible for Microsoft Dynamics AX, provided by vetted and technically qualified AX professionals.

The Integral service and support model put services and consultants in front of the user from the beginning, making it easier for the company to match clients' needs with the consultants that were right for their systems. The result: an engagement model that worked much like calling a help desk but delivered a broader range of services.
