To-Increase Webstore for Dynamics AX Available to Multi-Channel Retailers

To-Increase has launched the To-Increase Webstore for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 that integrates bi-directionally with Dynamics AX. The Webstore and the ERP system exchange inventory, financial, customer account, and transaction information to support an efficient online shopping experience and keep business management current on e-commerce events, according to company officials.

Webstore is the first of several To-Increase solutions for multi-channel retail companies across various industries throughout the world's regions, officials said.

Next-Gen Resco Mobile CRM Released

The summer update of Resco Mobile CRM has been rolled that, adding new capabilities, including support for integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint. Resco app users can now they can access their SharePoint documents offline via the mobile app, according to company officials. 

The new release also covers areas like graphical appearance, improved document management and optimization of background processes.

Added features include:

  • SharePoint integration - documents stored on SharePoint can be accessed through the mobile app in an offline mode
  • Copy & paste support for attachments - e.g., copy an attachment from a record and paste it into an e-mail
  • Chat with multimedia support - send pictures, documents and links to records via a chat post
  • Copy support for disabled fields - long tap ...
