Partner Success Manager (Recruit) France
We are looking for a committed Partner Success Manager (recruit) with passion for the Microsoft business solutions ecosystem to accelerate growth in France.
You will be an ambassador for Companial and Microsoft, responsible for partner onboarding, management and business growth (indirect). You will bring value to your partners thanks to your knowledge of Microsoft environment. Together with the French PSM, and as part of Team Mid Europe you will further nurture and develop the Companial channel business in France. Located in Paris area, you will report to the Region Lead Mid Europe based in the Netherlands and work closely with the French team on a daily basis.
Communication is key and therefore it is important, that your English and French is business fluent in writing and speech. You will be working via online tools such as Microsoft Teams, chat, and e-mail. Next to this, our CRM tool is one of the most important management tools you will be working with. This is to keep track of leads, opportunities and reporting.
Main Tasks:
- Engage with prospect partners about the value of Microsoft Business Applications portfolio.
- Lead presentations, demonstrations and workshops around Dynamics 365 Business Applications.
- Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft solutions in relation to the challenges, performance indicators, expectations and business needs.
- Help the partner strategy by developing business, marketing and technical plans with managers within the Companial partner.
- Engage the partner in Microsoft and Companial ecosystem by leveraging key tools and programs. You will establish and maintain governance processes, monitor the pace of business and report to the different entities.
- Proactively coordinate execution of services and guide them in their partner journey.
- Be the voice of the partner by escalating various alerts, blockers and resources needed.
- Participate in events (or other actions of communication) with and for our partners.
- Participate in business strategy France.
About you:

- Ideally but not necessarily, you have knowledge of the IT industry and the small and medium-size business sector, as well as of the Microsoft ecosystem and its “channels”. Experience with Microsoft Business Applications (CRM, ERP, Power Apps…)is a plus.
- Experience at Microsoft or a Microsoft Partner is a must
- Living in the Paris area is a huge advantage
- You speak French natively and English fluently and have a degree université or grande école.
