Partner Success Manager ( Global Accounts)

Companial is looking for a committed Partner Success Manager (recruit) with passion for the Microsoft business solutions ecosystem to accelerate growth in Rest of the World and large multi-country Partners.
You will be an ambassador for Companial and Microsoft, responsible for partner onboarding, management, and business growth (indirect). You will bring value to your partners thanks to your knowledge of Microsoft environment. Together with other PSMs, and as part of Team ROW and Global Accounts, you will further nurture and develop the Companial channel business globally.

What you are going to do:

  • Engage with prospect partners about the value of Microsoft Business Applications portfolio
  • Lead presentations, demonstrations, and workshops around Dynamics 365 Business Applications
  • Full cycle of sales to new and existing Microsoft partner accounts in different regions
  • Achieve sales revenue target with an assigned budget plan
  • Be creative in identifying specific regional marketing strategies and run the activities tailoring them to suit regional revenue targets
  • Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft solutions in relation to the challenges, performance indicators, expectations, and business needs
  • Help the partner strategy by developing business, marketing, and technical plans with managers within the Companial partner
  • Engage the partner in Microsoft and Companial ecosystem by leveraging key tools and programs
  • Proactively coordinate execution of services and guide them in their partner journey
  • Run campaigns and use digital selling channels to engage with partner network and increase awareness about Companial services
  • Participate in events (or other actions of communication) with and for our partners
  • Participate in business strategy ROW

What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B and complex product or services sales
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics partner needs would be an advantage
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience working in international environment
  • Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced team environment
  • Highly proficient at uncovering key business issues and providing insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Enthusiasm, drive and a strong sense of initiative
  • Exceptional communication (live and online) with local and international clients, presentation and interpersonal skills
