Full Stack Support Developer
Evenica is currently seeking a Full Stack Support Developer. We’re a Microsoft Gold Partner that specializes in e-commerce solutions. We’re experts at deploying Dynamics 365 Commerce and we have our own portfolio of IP that compliments the Microsoft technology stack.
As technology leaders in our industry, we help our mid-sized to large enterprise customers achieve their B2B & B2C e-commerce goals.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with intermediate level skills to join our Support Division! The ideal candidate is a dynamic and resourceful person who craves a challenge. An excellent problem solver who works independently with minimal guidance, takes pride in the quality of their work and is eager to learn.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES AND DELIVERABLES
Maintain and extend Evenica software products
- Perform regular maintenance tasks
- Create new tickets from meeting notes, conversations or written specifications
- Take action on assigned development tasks
- Progress tickets through regular development path
- Write QA testing instructions
- Attend and contribute to Scrum meetings
- Assemble deployment packages, document contents and instructions
- Review coworkers solutions
- Provide Work Estimation
Diagnose and resolve issues
- Reproduce reported issues
- Diagnose and trace issue to locate root cause
- Resolve and document resolutions
- Communicate urgent items
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- The successful candidate will be required to stay up to date with industry and Microsoft certifications as prescribed by Evenica – let us know of any certifications you already have!
- Some nice to have certifications are: From Microsoft: AZ-104, AZ-204, MB-300, MB-310; From Adobe: Certified Adobe Commerce Developer
- Post-secondary education in a related area is an asset
- 3+ years of relevant experience is an asset
