About the role: 

• Our F&SC Functional Consultants possess business consulting, project definition, estimating, sales, and strategic and tactical planning skills in order to successfully implement Microsoft D365 F&SC and other related products in mid-market sized businesses, resulting in a high level of client satisfaction.

Your day will consist of:

• Perform consulting services on templatized implementations of D365 F&SC with a focus on Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Information Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Master Planning and other areas as needed based upon the project.
• Understand, communicate, interpret, and document business processes and requirements.
• Create and develop design specifications including gap/fit analysis documentation.
• Configure D365 F&SC environment to meet client requirements.
• Work with technical team to design, test, and implement customizations.
• Provide end-user training and end-user support throughout the templatized implementation.
• Perform ongoing support services to existing clients as needed via email/phone support and on-site visits.
• Utilize ERP implementation standards and tools/documents.
• Attain product certifications as necessary.
• Lead project teams through analysis, development and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with sales teams and support pre-sales activities.

What it takes to be successful in the role:

• D365 F&SC implementations experience and participation in at least 1 full life cycle implementation.
• General working business knowledge in Accounting and Financial processes ranging from period close, cash application, allocations, intercompany transfers and financial reporting.
• Knowledge and real-life experience with Power Platform.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing environments while creatively solving client business/application issues.
• Experience with modeling business process and translating requirements into a business application.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directors.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
• Possess a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in-person.
• Experience in implementing in multiple countries.
• Experience in working in international teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops a plus.

Our Education Expectations:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Computer Science.
• Certification in Dynamics Finance, Distribution, Trade and Logistics, or Production a plus.
• Project Management and/or experience with best practice implementation methodologies a plus.
