Job Summary

Our Consulting practice is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (SCMD) to join our Consulting team and form part of the delivery capability of the practice. In this role the SCMD is responsible for adhering, leveraging, and maintaining comprehensive methodologies to ensuring to achieve quality results and drive customer satisfaction. The SCMD will build upon our firm's position as a trusted strategic adviser while actively engaging in the digital transformation solution through delivery cycles. The SCMD will ensure quality and customer satisfaction in Mazars’s implementations while providing thought leadership and direction for the candidate’s domain expertise.

This position can take place in any of our firm's major US offices and can be worked remotely.

 

Professional Responsibilities

  • Responsible to adopt and adhere to the Mazars implementation methodologies in implementing the Microsoft Dynamics solution.
  • Participate in the collaboration of the cross functional teams to garner input and domain experience to be incorporated overall solution design.
  • Adopt templates, strategy documentation, training materials to support the delivery methodology repository for all content required by the implementation teams.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Mazars engagements to ensure adoption of the methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure a consistent delivery experience.
  • The candidate provides structured support to customers, including support portal monitoring when required, troubleshooting support requests, proactively managing and governance assigned support cases.
  • Solution knowledge with historical and current system capabilities, with continuous learning to stay up to date with Microsoft offerings and leverage the software to drive the best overall solutions for the clients
  • Adopt industry best practices within the implementation cycle to align with strategic roadmap
  • The candidate should be able to participate in strategy and design of new intellectual property (IP)
  • The candidate takes personal ownership in the quality of finished products
  • The candidate can work with other team members and treat them with courtesy and respect, Worked with Business Functional consultants as well as Technical consultants.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, MIS or a Computer related field of study
  • The candidate should have natural inter-personal skills that reflects with both internal teams and clients, able to speak with confidence and demonstrates care and integrity
  • The candidate has been a delivery professional for 3+ years and has experience in ERP/CRM implementations for small to large enterprise organizations. Experienced in at least 1-2 full end-to-end implementation cycle of Dynamics 365.
  • The candidate has experience in following an enterprise implementation methodologies and collateral for large enterprise organizations
  • The candidate must have a solid understanding of the functional capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • The candidate must have experience with pre-sales and can work directly with potential customers about the technology and integrations
  • The candidate should have outstanding communication skills. Verbal communication should be clear
  • Must be familiar with the concepts around cloud topologies
  • Excellent organizational analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% depending on need and geography
