Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative who will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will be a hunter, adept at targeting the right market, nurturing relationships, and persevering to establish exploratory and opportunity meetings and find solutions and acquire new business. With a focus on solution sales, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities within the mid-market segment, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose customized Dynamics CRM solutions to address client pain points and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM developments to effectively position our services in the market.


  • A Competitive nature, desire to win, and outstanding communication and ability to influence
  • Proven success in B2B sales, with a focus on solution sales and acquiring new logos
  • Experience selling Dynamics CRM consulting services or related Microsoft solutions is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ideal, but optional - strong connections within the Microsoft ecosystem, including knowledge of key decision-makers and influencers.
