National Radio Broadcasting Company Hits a High Note with New Document Automation Solution

Entercom is one of the five largest radio broadcasting companies in the United States, with a nationwide portfolio in excess of 100 stations in 23 markets, including San Francisco, Boston, Seattle, Denver, Portland, Sacramento and Kansas City.

To manage its accounting functions, Entercom uses the Microsoft Dynamics SL ERP system. Microsoft Dynamics SL offered Entercom significant capabilities in connecting the accounts payable process for all of the locations, but the company was not capitalizing on the system’s potential as it was manually processing paper invoices. The company needed a solution that could eliminate paper and establish a better workflow for accounts payable.
