Stacey Mancuso has decades of experience in training and project management. In addition to these skills, she is also a Microsoft Certified CRM Professional and has been an Application Specialist with WebSan Solutions Inc. for over a year now. Stacey has been a key success factor in WebSan's explosive CRM growth and has led the charge with on boarding and providing consulting and training services to new Clients. She is well versed in all phases of a CRM implementation project, from defining system requirements, to customization, data conversion and ongoing support. In addition to having a forward facing role with clients, she also works behind the scenes developing and delivering content for online courses contained within WebSan University, WebSan Solutions' online learning management system (www.websanuniversity.com), which serves hundreds of Clients around the world. In training and support, Stacey prides herself on her knack for having the know-how, flexibility, and patience to present concepts to users of any level.
