Roberto Stefanetti is a technical and functional consultant with 15 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Currently, he works as a project manager and technical advisor for NAVlab, an Italian partner. He has been an MVP Business Solutions-NAV since 2016 and Microsoft Education Influencer since 2017.

From Navision Attain 3.60 to Business Central

He discovered Dynamics NAV in 2004 (seeing a product add-on, before the product itself). He decided to develop knowledge and expertise on the product independently and created his first blog http://blogs.dotnethell.it/DynamicsNAV in 2007 (with half a million viewed posts),

He created a new blog in 2015 https://robertostefanettinavblog.com (to handle new social features), in which frequently writes about new features, articles, reviews of books, presentations and conferences; currently he has many visitors from around the world (this blog has more than two million page views).

Microsoft Dynamics Community

He is registered and actively participates in Microsoft Dynamics Community forums and blogs, since the Community's foundation. For two years, he was the moderator of the Microsoft Dynamics Community-NAV, but has temporarily left this role to improve his blog.

Job and expertise

Currently, Stefanetti is involved mainly in NAV (and related add-ons distributed by NAVlab). He works both for local and international projects, and also works on SQL Server and Power BI.  He does beta testing, bug fixing and product improvement activities.

His expertise spans from Navision 3.60 to Dynamics NAV 2018 & Business Central, Technical & Consultant in Manufacturing, Trade & Inventory & Logistics, Retail, Web Services, SQL Server and systems integration.
