Michael Oakes, Partner, Director of Architecture & Development, has more than 14 years of Dynamics AX experience, having carried out technical assessments, performance optimizations, troubleshooting and best practice reviews for global organizations on behalf of Microsoft® and other large Dynamics® AX partners. He is integral to data migrations, customization, solution design and AX upgrades. Along with turning complex business requirements into solutions by establishing the Dynamics AX system design, support and delivery, he provides training for the software and is a regular presenter at AXUG Summit, various AXUG chapter meetings and Microsoft Convergence.

Always eager for more knowledge, Michael holds a Master's degree in Information Technology as well as over a dozen certifications including AX 2012 Development Introduction; Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - Implementation and Maintenance and more.

Michael is at his best when he is part of a team, whether it's working closely with his colleagues to develop novel solutions for customers or enjoying the company of his family in his hometown of Murrieta, California.
