Lindsay Carpen is an MBA, CPA and a Consulting Director with over 17 years of experience. He has business and technology expertise that mirrors the many different disciplines of a modern retailer including finance, warehouse management, manufacturing, merchandising, and store operations/POS.
He has specialty retail experience in the areas of fashion, housewares, hobby, hardware, electronics, mobile telecom, and liquor. He has a particular interest in multi-channel retailers and the complexities of mixing sales channels.
He has published articles in Chain Store Age, RIS News, Retail Solutions Online and SPEAK magazine on several topics including cross channel retailing and the advantages of a 360 degree view of the customer. He has a history of contributing to industry thinking with webinars on various topics including a joint presentation with ARTS Executive Director Richard Mader on Mobile technology.
