Johan Heij is a Solution Specialist and Consultant at Avantiico, where he brings more than 40 years of experience implementing ERP systems and optimizing operational processes across Dynamics AX and D365 F&SCM. His expertise spans supply chain, production control, manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse management — knowledge that directly shapes his work as a SME in building Avantiico's Freight Invoice Automation solution, where he helps shape product features around contract management, freight reconciliation, and freight accrual. 

Over the course of his career, Johan has worked across manufacturing and wholesale industries in many countries, implementing Dynamics products from their earliest versions through D365 F&SCM and advising clients in the capacity of Solution Architect and SCM Functional Consultant. He continues to advise Avantiico's Freight Invoice Automation clients, bringing both deep product knowledge and hands-on industry experience to every engagement.
