Jennifer started working at Great Plains in 1998 and joined Microsoft as part of the Great Plains acquisition in 2001.  Jennifer 8+ years in technical support in various roles supporting the Dynamics GP product and currently works in the R&D team as a Senior Program Manager for Dynamics GP.  She focuses on distribution features, app features and Business Intelligence.
