Gokul joined Microsoft in 2008 and currently part of FastTrack. Gokul has over 17 years of experience in the enterprise business application domain covering the full lifecycle from product development to implementation, and support. In his current role, Gokul is responsible for customer success through the FastTrack program in deploying and adopting Operations applications within the Dynamics portfolio. He leads migration program initiative within FastTrack with a global team of architects to deliver success through the FastTrack program. This program is designed to reduce time-to-value, increase user satisfaction, and maximize usage by leveraging all the available capabilities through prescriptive guidance on implementation best practices and tools.
