Diane Taylor is the CRM Project Lead Manager for Synergy Credit Union.  Her responsibilities include: engaging an awesome team of Super Users and Subject matter experts to collaborate in making the best program possible for the Credit Union; communicating the vision with the architect/partner, developing and delivering training to the organization, supporting teams to ensure immediate and long term success through user engagement and adoption, providing CRM admin support and engaging internal and external developers where required and helping our staff provide a world class customer experience each and every time.
