Brandon joined Crestwood Associates as a senior systems engineer. Based in Minneapolis, he brings with him 10 years of Microsoft Dynamics GP experience and over 14 years of broad technology experience including SQL, Windows Server, Hyper-V, networking, Exchange and Office 365.

Prior to joining Crestwood, Brandon worked as Director of Information Technology for a high volume DVD distributor and as a Technology Consultant for the SMB market. Brandon graduated with Honors from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a degree in Management Information Systems and holds his MCSA.

Microsoft Dynamics GP knowledge and experience include:

• Microsoft Dynamics GP installations, customizations, upgrades, and migrations
• Responsible for planning, procurement, implementation, administration, and support of all IT functions including:
• Microsoft Dynamics GP, SQL, Active Directory, Mobile, EDI, Office 365 and related products & services
• Provide thorough remote and on-site consulting and support for 450+ Crestwood clients
• Train end-users on functionality of Microsoft Dynamics GP and related products
• Implementation of 3rd party solutions including integrations and data exports
• Evaluation of client environments affecting ERP performance; including items such as hardware and networks
• Virtualization migrations to increase application performance and create failover clusters to ensure a highly available infrastructure
• Experience combining AD Domains and Exchange mail server migrations, as well as migration to Office365
• Implementation of vSync EDI for both the SOP and POP modules in Dynamics GP
• Reporting expertise in, Report Manager, Dexterity Reports, SSRS, FRx, Crystal Reports, and Management Reporter
