As Catapult's ERP Team Lead, Blair coaches clients on how to achieve maximum value from their ERP systems whether it be Dynamics NAV, Serenic Navigator, or Acumatica. With a background in project management as both a client and provider, Blair brings extensive technical expertise and a unique understanding of the needs of non-profits to the Catapult team.   

Following completion of his MBA, Blair worked in the hospitality industry as a General Manager of resorts and hotels. Prior to Catapult, he served as the Core Business Project Consultant and Senior Business Analyst for The Banff Centre (TBC), where he led the successful selection and implementation of the organization's ERP system, using Dynamics NAV, Prophix, and Serenic Navigator. Calling upon his skills in system modeling and testing, functional requirements gathering, and change management, Blair assisted TBC in modernizing and streamlining their fundamental accounting systems.
