Bill brings nearly 20 years of experience in the Financial Reporting Software Industry to his role as Managing Partner of the MSX Group.  Bill began as a Senior Software Support Engineer at FRx Software Corporation in 1998.  He subsequently worked as an FRx Advanced Technical Support Analyst, FRx Support Team Supervisor, and FRx Support Team Manager (at FRx Software, and subsequently with Microsoft after their purchase of FRx Software Corporation).  Bill was also the Manager of the FRx Technical Account Management Team, responsible for coordination between the Microsoft Development Teams, FRx Sales Team, and over 54 ERP Software Vendors.  In his current role with the MSX Group Bill leads the Customer Service Department, providing support to over 2,000 users of FRx, Forecaster, and Prospero.
