Adam Thomas graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Florida State University in 2003. He has been the US Customer Success Manager at TARGIT for three years. This past year he also assumed control over Retail & Services partner accounts in North America and focuses mainly in the MS Dynamics space. He works closely with partners and customers to understand how TARGIT can help get the most out of their retail data and provide a universal truth across different departments and store locations. In all Adam has worked over eight years in customer and partner retention in the Microsoft software space.
