LLR Partners Invests in WennSoft

Private equity firm LLR Partners has invested in Microsoft Dynamics partner WennSoft Inc., to enable the field services software provider to focus on the field service and specialty construction markets worldwide.

As part of the investment, John Jazwiec will take over as WennSoft's CEO. Jazwiec, the former CEO of FiveCubits and RedPrairie, has significant experience leading fast-growth technology companies, according to company officials. WennSoft founder Jim Wenninger remains on to focus on industry strategy.

"We couldn't be more excited about this new partnership," said Wenninger, in a statement. "It allows the WennSoft team to realize our vision to be the leading specialty trades field service solution provider in the geographies we serve, and it supports our ability to grow unbridled in other industries and market segments."

Tribridge Rolls Out New Tool for Healthcare Providers

Tribridge has rolled out Health360, a new tool built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM that gives healthcare providers a single platform to manage the quality of care and patient engagement across expanding networks of physicians, care givers and patients.

Tribridge Health360 serves a variety of stakeholders - from chief medical officers, medical information officers, physician relationship officers and nursing officers to CEOs and COOs, officials said.
