Upgrading to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations? Here's what to expect in the cloud vs. on-premises

With Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software connecting the most mission-critical portions of an organization, it's only fitting that massive amounts of thought and energy go into creating upgrade plans.  Microsoft Dynamics AX users and platform switchers alike will find themselves faced with the same decision upon selecting Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations: Is a cloud or on-premises deployment better?
