BuyDesign Configurator is a new generation of sales and product configurator software that can handle any customizable product or service. Seamlessly embedded in Microsoft Dynamics GP, it is accessed through Sales Order Processing screens and dynamically generates pricing, BOMs and Routings, CAD models, drawings, images and other content – all from within Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Seamlessly embedded in Microsoft Dynamics AX, BuyDesign Configurator provides previously unavailable sales & product configurator capabilities such as multi-level configuration for generating dynamic product assemblies, as well as dynamic creation of configuration-specific outputs, including drawings, CAD models, rendered images, and proposal documents. It fully leverages Dynamics AX features such as document handling, inventory dimensions, and filter rules.

AX Triage was created as a response to the needs of the first line support, where people of limited technical knowledge need to qualify and determine the origin of the customer’s problem. AX Triage benefits both the first and second line support actions within your support team.
