Tribridge Buys HCM Services Firm Intelladon

Tribridge has acquired Tampa-based Intelladon, a talent management solutions consultant and integrator.

The company's solutions and  partnerships with leading talent management software providers will give Tribridge a foothold into the growing human capital management (HCM) market and bolster the firm's cloud offerings, according to company officials.

"Intelladon and Tribridge have been close partners for many years, and our two companies share complementary cultures, high-growth strategies and a continual focus on delivering greater innovation and service to our customers," said Tony DiBenedetto, Tribridge chairman and CEO, in a statement. "The demand for technologies and systems that help companies better manage, train and empower the workforce is rapidly increasing, and Intelladon's deep expertise and leadership in the talent management industry will enable us to offer our nearly 4,000 customers the best solutions on the market."

Marc Blumenthal, Intelladon CEO, said the acquisition is a win-win for both companies. Intelladon customers can expect "business as usual," without interruption, he said.

ClickDimensions Unveils Latest Release

ClickDimensions has rolled out new features that enable Dynamics CRM 2011 or CRM Online customers to use its Auto-Update feature to download or initiate an update.

Additionally, the company is enhancing its profile page with social data from FullContact to feature much more social data on your contacts and leads. The FullContact API, requiring only the lead or contact's email address, can bring back data and direct links to the ...
