Europlus Direct Optimizes Efficiency and Improves Customer Responsiveness with Microsoft Dynamics NAV

IT support provider Europlus Direct has chosen Microsoft Dynamics NAV from The NAV People to optimize efficiency, improve workflows through the automation of manual processes and provide a scalable platform as the company expands internationally.

Deploying Dynamics NAV has enabled Europlus Direct to extend business operations and deliver 24x7 customer account facilities through the development of a customer portal, according to company officials. The optimized Dynamics NAV solution was integrated with key business applications, including e-commerce and Spindle document production, and deployed in six weeks.

Since deploying the optimized Dynamics NAV solution, Europlus Direct has continued to evolve its systems and currently has a customer portal in development, which will ultimately deliver 24x7 account access to customers, officials said. Through the portal, customers can manage orders, renewal requests and complete transactions online when it's convenient to them.

"Europlus Direct had clear objectives and since deployment have continued to gain more functionality from their solution and achieve even greater business benefits," said Ian Humphries, managing and product director at The NAV People, in a statement.
