Altico Advisors Acquires Ariett's Dynamics GP Practice

Altico Advisors has acquired the Microsoft Dynamics GP practice of Ariett, a provider of purchasing and expense management software

"With the growth and success of the Ariett Enterprise Cloud Purchase and Expense Product suite on the Microsoft Azure platform, we have selected Altico Advisors, a strong local Microsoft Dynamics GP partner, to acquire and support our remaining Dynamics GP practice," said Glenn Brodie, President of Ariett, in a statement.

Established in 2005, Altico Advisors has experienced double digit growth year over year. In 2013, Altico Advisors was the Microsoft Dynamics East Region Volume Partner of the Year and a member of the Microsoft President's Club, according to company officials.

"As a long-time Ariett partner, we've integrated Ariett's requisitioning and purchasing software into Microsoft Dynamics GP for our clients," said Mike Kean, President of Altico Advisors in the statement. With a strong existing relationship between our two teams, the transition for Ariett customers will be seamless."

Kean said the acquisition will enable Altico to increase its presence in New England, and allow Ariett to expand its business model and focus on application development.
