Xpertdoc Partners with UXC Eclipse to Deliver CCM Solution

Xpertdoc, a customer communication solutions (CCM) provider, has joined forces with UXC Eclipse to deliver its CCM solution and CRM connector products to UXC Eclipse's Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers.

As part of the deal, UXC Eclipse customers can use Xpertdoc's CCM solution to expand their customer engagement, according to officials of the companies. The CCM solution manages customer documents through an entirely electronic process - from template creation, editing, document delivery, final archiving and e-signature, to speed communications with customers, according to officials.

Xpertdoc technology integrates with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software to bridge data with documents to reduce internal workflow.

"UXC Eclipse partnered with Xpertdoc because we believe that when it comes to customer engagement tools, they are the market leaders," said Richard Howard, UXC Eclipse's Executive VP of CRM Professional Services, in a statement. "By combining our CRM expertise with this new offering, we will have an invaluable solution to add more value to our customers."
