ConnectLeader Launches Connector for Dynamics CRM

ConnectLeader has launched an integrated connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The ConnectLeader Team Dialer and Personal Dialer sales acceleration solutions help Dynamics CRM users increase sales productivity by accelerating the outbound dialing process and conducting more live phone conversations in less time, company officials said.

ConnectLeader users can log in to Dynamics CRM without the need for separate login procedures. The ConnectLeader dialing platform directly integrates with Dynamics CRM Online as well as Dynamics CRM on premise, officials said.

"Everyone at ConnectLeader is very excited about the launch of the Microsoft Dynamics Connector," said Senraj Soundar, CEO, ConnectLeader, in a statement. "Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers will benefit from ConnectLeader's tight two-way integration, real-time analytics, and easy-to-use user interface."

Junction Solutions Upgrades Royal Canadian Mint to Dynamics AX 2012

Junction Solutions has just completed and upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 for the Royal Canadian Mint, a Canadian provider of investment, collectible and secure payment products and services.

The project consisted of a complex upgrade from Dynamics AX 4 to a customized version of Dynamics AX 2012 that had to account for the Royal Canadian Mint's discrete, process and lean manufacturing functions, according to company officials. Additionally, Junction Solutions layered in modules to support the retail operations, refinery production, and precision financial tracking of the Mint's $3.4 billion business.
