Global Support iPhone App for Dynamics AX

Sunrise Technologies, a Microsoft Dynamics AX and MicroStrategy partner, has developed a new iPhone app called Sunrise Global Support, built on the MicroStrategy Mobile App Platform.

Now available in the iTunes App Store, Sunrise Technologies Global Support customers can access Dynamics AX support data on their mobile devices, according to company officials.

"We've created an engaging experience that allows our customers and staff to take immediate action with their support data, right on their mobile device," said Steve Gamberini, Manager of Global Customer Support, in a statement. "Customers can analyze their ticket activity and sort tickets by status, priority, or support representative, as well as contact their Global Support team from within the application."

PowerObjects' PowerSMS Now Receives Text Messages in Dynamics CRM

PowerObjects has integrated its PowerSMS PowerPack with Twilio, a communications technology company who specializes in enabling phones, VoIP, and messaging to be embedded into web, desktop, and mobile software.

PowerSMS lets users send text messages to any entity in their system. It also integrates a text messaging platform, CallFire, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, according to company officials.
