Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 tablet clients making a good first impression with experts

Microsoft Dynamics NAV professionals have had a chance to get acquainted with NAV 2015 and its new tablet interface in recent weeks. Based on NAV 2015 native application pages, the new tablet apps are getting great reviews from NAV experts who describe both the approach and the results thus far as a success, especially for a first version.

The new Dynamics NAV tablet client lets users navigate their business data using a "fast and fluid interface" that leverages design concepts from Windows and Office 365, yet still remains distinctly Dynamics NAV, according to a blog post by the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Team.

"Do more on the go with capabilities such as send to Excel or Office 365, up-to-date charts and KPIs, emailing of sales quotes and invoices, and shoot and attach pictures with your camera," according to the post.
