DXC Technology to acquire service business of Scandinavian Microsoft Dynamics partner EG A / S

Global technology firm DXC Technology announced it is acquiring the services business unit of Denmark-based firm EG A / S. The deal adds EG's Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and Infor M3 practices, which operate largely in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

EG's services unit will become part of DXC's Eclipse business unit, according to a DXC statement. DXC Eclipse delivers Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, business process, analytics, and collaboration solutions and has operated in the Pacific and North America.

DXC chairman Mike Lawrie noted both the regional importance and the value of Dynamics 365 in the deal:
