Atrio acquires NuSoft Solutions, broadening its Microsoft solution offerings

Microsoft partner Atrio Systems has acquired the Dynamics 365/CRM practice of RCM Technologies. That practice was formerly known as NuSoft Solutions and will now regain that brand name, led by Dale Mansour, NuSoft's original founder and a new partner in Atrio's ownership group.

Atrio Systems is a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner focused on Dynamics 365.

Jason Wickman, NuSoft's chief sales and marketing officer stated that Atrio recognized a growing demand from its clients for digital transformation. Adding NuSoft's capabilities will allow the company to transform its clients' businesses.

"Working with NuSoft's team, customers should expect a smooth transition and uninterrupted continuity," Wickman stated. "We have achieved real results for our clients and are excited about this opportunity to bring our resources and expertise to work."

Wickman and Mansour explained via email that NuSoft Solutions will become the brand name of Atrio Systems in the near future: 

Atrio plans to go to market under one name, NuSoft Solutions, as it best represents our all-encompassing digital transformation capabilities. This will happen over the next 90 days.
