ServiceNow chooses Azure for industry deployments, signs up Microsoft for IT, HR automation

ServiceNow is partnering with Microsoft to support digital transformation for government and highly regulated industries through Azure. With the announcement, ServiceNow will host its entire SaaS offering on Azure along with in its private cloud, as the company becomes part of Microsoft's Global ISV Strategic Alliance Portfolio.

Initial ServiceNow availability will be in the Azure Government Azure Australia regions. The company plans to expand cognitive service capabilities in its Now Platform with Microsoft 365 and Azure. Separately, ServiceNow will implement its IT & Employee Experience workflow product for Microsoft, in a bid to cut down on manual tasks.
