Scribe announces Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Fall ’13 compatibility of its cloud connector

With the rollout of CRM Online Fall '13 now underway, the clock is ticking for Microsoft Dynamics CRM ISV partners to ready their add-on solutions for the platform update.  Existing CRM Online customers are presumably going to delay their upgrades for as many weeks as possible, giving their add-on solution providers time to catch up if needed. But new customers ready to come online now with a need for any of the dozens of popular Dynamics CRM add-ons might be curious to know who can meet there needs now.

For those partners and customers studying CRM 2013 readiness, it was notable that Scribe Software announced this week that their Scribe Online connector will be "immediately available" when CRM Online Fall 2013 is rolled out.  This availability will enable new customers to build out integrations and will provide continuity to existing Dynamics CRM Online customers with a Scribe connector.

"The compatibility will be seamless," explained Betsy Bilhorn, VP of Product at Scribe.  "Customers will not have to switch to another connector or adapter and their integrations will continue to work as they had before their upgrades to CRM Online Fall'13."

Scribe's online connector is its most typical solution for CRM Online customers, the company's CEO Lou Guercia told us recently.  For companies with 100 or fewer CRM users, Guercia says that Scribe encourages partners to go with a CRM Online plus Scribe Online solution to build out integrations to common systems like ...
